In addition to my usual once every 5 week Excel for real estate analysis class that I do in New York City, I’ll be doing a 1/2 day basic class for non-financial professionals at two locations at the end of March. Both are sponsored by the Urban Land Institute.
It’ll be good to work with them again; I’ve done classes on and off with them since around 2005. They’re a great group and I’m excited to do this again with them.
